anyone buy any of their stuff? does the new stuff have any warranty? he had a decent orion 2100 in there the other day for like 150.00. just checking to see if anyone had any trouble out if them

I've know several people that have had problems with these guys on various things, but I will admitt that it was on mostly the used stuff. Here recently a friend of my brother-in-law came to me to install a Kenwood amp that he had bought from them used and it didn't work at all, he took it back to them and they told him that they would get it fixed for him....hell that's been about 6 weeks ago and the two repair places here I know techs that run both places and they both have very quick turn around time unless it's something exotic and hard to get, of which they will tell you up front it's going to be a wait....

This is Brett from Arch Street Audio. Just going to let ya'll know, though nothing has been posted on this forum in a year, that we do have a warranty on everything new that we sell. We also have an installation warranty. When we sell our used items we test them out to show our customers that they work no matter what it is. We wouldn't buy anything used if it didn't work also. We never have fixed things because we never had the time so it must have been another place that your friend went to. We do everything we can to help our customers out and we would never keep something for 6 weeks, even if we did fix something. But if ya'll get a chance we would like for ya'll to come down and check us out.

hmm, i need to check this place out, never seen it. only been to music mart and ar stereo in little rock.
