think the type r would be alright. if it gets stink just turn it down but definitely get a better wiring kit like the knu one mentioned earlier.

idk how it would read 0 ohms but in that video dude was saying something about his terminals were messed up on his sub you can check that out

video on youtube but the thick rubber surround comes off. then peel off where the surround and basket meet. few screws that hold the spider plate down an you pry that up.

1 ohm lol prolly some clipping in there but it lasted almost a year
