definately shrink the port depth or adding blocks inside anything to decrease the volume of the box will raise the tuning

4.5 isnt big for 2 12's and thats before sub and port displacement... i would assume

as far as the fiberglass thing... their is stuff you can buy at a paint shop that is called sprayable gel coat just put it in a gun and spray the entire box and barely sand with 320 on a DA until its smooth then paint it and clear it its an easier route than fiberglass and it gives the same...

wat impedance did you have the subs at? whats your box tuned to and what note did it die on?

where are the connection points? i know frame ground is one but waht are the other 2 i usually just do multiple batteries

cant you just match gains on the amp and run just one amp to one sub? instead of strapping them? just run y connecters of the head unit

cant go wrong with a maxximus 10kw lol
