6 cubes sealed it is i guess then, sounds good.

never built a ported box so i want to give it a try. Using an online port calculator a 5 cube box tuned in the high 20's requires 82 sq. inches of port is this correct? I'm going by the 54mm of excursion listed on the website. Is that an inflated number?

yes it's the new version, the maximum optimum suggest is only 2.2 cubic feet, can I bump it up to 3 or 4 cubic feet to reduce port length?

For those of you who glue only how do you allow pieces that you can't reach with a clamp to dry? Make them do a balancing act with no pressure on them until they dry?

coarse 5/8" after asking pioneer saturn. Should I let the glue completely dry before dropping those screws in?

true should 1.5" screws be enough when using 3/4"?
