Any Opinions on Boss or Audiobahn?

Well audiobahn is good known to handle a lot of power and can kick pretty hard but they get better by the model I had two 15s around the x series and they kicked good but now http://www.partsexpress.com/resources/capsetup.html got the alumx15 15" which are in the same price range of the...

how to wire 2 DVC subs to rockford 1000.1 amp

Alpine's can usually take a lot power and rockford amps can usually kick a lot of power and are bridgeable and stable at low impendance so bridge them like the other guy said -to- +to+ and to one speaker and parallel to the second and you'll be fine.

    amplifier "gain" settings

Usually there's two knobs on your amp the hz and the db. Kick you db all the way up and keep turning the hz knob until you're content with the sound.

    Attn: Zane - Amp capabilities

About all the amps can drop down another notch to 4 ohms to 2ohms without any problem so I'm sure you'll be fine just don't try to do lower or bridge it when it doesn't say bridgeable

Legacy amps can kick a lot of power for cheap and pyramids too but i'd stay away from them they don't tend to cause a lot of problems also sound sorta shitty and you should try to look at the thd (total harmonic distorion) too before you purchase an amp. Some cheap okay quality amps are...

    is this amp any good?

Yeah i can't really catch the model on the pics but tell me the specs. Jensen amps have come a long way and have been around for a while so if you decide to get it don't drop the ohms to low about 2 ohms should be fine and see if it's bridgeable if not don't try it like the other guy said take...

How many watts do I need for two Ten Inch Subs?

If your speakers are high quality you might want a high quality amp class a or b though they don't carry as much power for as cheap as class d amps but the sound clarity and wattage is well worth your money class d amps tend to kick plenty of power but lack sound quality somewhat. It depends are...

What are the problems with bandpass?

Generally people who buy low quality speakers buy bandpass boxes but I'm not stating that bandpass boxes are bad the are usually used to drown out the distortion or to bring out the boom in your subs though your clarity usually lacks and it's not as defined as a sealed box . Sealed boxes are...
