Yeah, that's what I picked up- a w505. I'm told it will control it, just not sure if you can do all of the dsp tuning functions of it through the w505. If so, then I wouldnt nedd a controller which would be great. I really like the H800/C800 combo. Really easy to use, great display on the RUX.

You're getting some terms confused. Pre-amp outputs are line-level. Amplified outputs are speaker-level (also called high level) outputs. Your Alpine w235bt has preamp/line level outputs which could be connected to your amplifier via rca cables. The new AppRadio 4 also has preamp/line level...

Thanks fellas. I had an issue with one of the Zed amps (one channel) so it went back to Steve Mantz for repair. Unfortunately, this was right before world finals and I needed to make sure I had something reliable in there so I wouldn't run into issues. Hence the Mosconi AS amps.

Over a 17ft run of 4awg power wire, and with amplifier efficiency of 80%, you can have 1275 watts before you reach a drop of 0.5v. So if each amp is getting its own 4awg run, you're fine. If not, upgrade to a 1/0awg run from the battery to the back into a distro block. On another note, your PDX...

That should be fine, and actually a better option. As long as your velcro adhesive sticks to it. You may need to sand the area you'll apply velcro just to get the surface prepped for better adhesion.
