does a big alternator like 200 amp+ hurt my car i dont wanna damage my car. my dealership toyota said a big alt like that will blow everu fuse in the car.

yes? is it enough? because i contacted mike from singer and he told me he have 200 amp and 180 amp alternator. of course the 200 amp is way more money than 180. so which one should i choose?
