Ha, I just cut 3 insert pieces to add together and tune. I can do 27.5 30 32 and 35 roughly. I could get down to 26.65 if I add everything, but I am thinking that might be a little low lol

How quickly does the voltage go back up? Your explanation makes perfect sense to me but I have seen videos of caps with a display on them that shows 2 volts max fluctuations, is this a lack of speedy response on the caps part, or is a 2 volt dive more serious than I am thinking?
