hey man first of all you are gonna have to trim the metal on the back seats to let the sound in, i have a 98 318I and i had to do the same thing, i used a dremmel tool.

I have 2 MTX 5000 series 15 inch subs in a 2 1/2 cubic ft per sub. If i put two profile clarus 600 watts amps on each will they sound good. holla
