I do not have the 260's, but I had the 240's and I can tell you that they woke up with 360 watts a side. I had a JL 300/1 bridged to them and then went to an Arc 4150XXK bridged it was a very noticable difference.

Sorry bro, but that just is not true. The better your speakers are the more they will reveal bad recordings, and there are tons of bad recordings out there.

The mids in the dyn 240GT set, MW160GT, are different than the mids in the 240MKII set, MW160. CA&E reviewed the GT which in my opinion is a much weaker mid than the MW160.

I have my mids in a well dampened door, 90 degrees off axis. I would have to check my manual again, but I think it advises against a sealed kick panel.
