Now the amp isn't working.. I have power between my ground and power cable, so those cables are good. I don't have a multimeter right now, so I'm not sure how much power is getting there, maybe not enough..? But there is no power in my wires that run to the subs. I don't know much about amps so...

I have a pair of 500 watt speakers and a pair of 225 watt speakers connected to a 50W x 4 deck. And when I turn the volume louder they become distorted and sound bad. Is there a way to fix this? I also have two 10 inch subs on a 400 Watt amp
