Figured it out - pushed on the cone while i was testing the impedance, went into the negative. Coil has a short. Whiever did the recone botched it. I got super screwed. Thanks for the help guys

I hooked my dmm up to the power and ground on my terminals, stereo on, no music playing, shows 13.6 volts. I turn the volume uo and it stays strady at 13.6, i get close to 20/35 and it starts its loop of going in and out of protect mode, dmm is shlwing 13.1 as it enters protect mode.
