What frequency does a 3.3uf capacitor filter out?

I looked at my oem dash speakers in my subaru, theyre little 3 inch mids/tweeters made of paper and they have a capacitor wired in 3.3uf 25v(thats what it says on it). Speaker says 6ohm impedance. Im assuming its a high pass filter, can someone tell me what its filtering out? Im just curious ...

    Decided to build a system.

my install was pretty bad. lesson learned leave 8 inch mids in the wooden box where they belong. i was a young idiot. now, older and less idiot, lets try again! car 2020 suburu, while everyone installs fancy androids, im getting rid of the factory HU in favor of the deh80 i got laying...

    Running a 1DIN in a modern car.

its a barely enjoyed deh80prs. just forget it? the car is not thaat modern, wrx, based on 2012my impreza. it uses the backup camera to see moving things and alerts you, so you'd get lights for that. just get a dsp or a nice cheap 2 dinn?

Niva 2124 on the Alphard (But this is not accurate)

The reason it's gonna be hard for them to get a foothold in the american market is because noobs here are gonna head straight go to BEstbuy/Walmart for their subs, but in Russia the big box store only sells the shittiest of the shiit subs, worse than Sony Xplod, so Alphard is kinda the famous...

Niva 2124 on the Alphard (But this is not accurate)

you mean it IS the business model of big box stores? Everything that's profitable to make in china IS made in china and stamped with a custom label. If I wanted to be as loud as possible I'd get some 18sound 6nd410, and if I wanted pure SQ i'd get morel components or something. Just saying...

Niva 2124 on the Alphard (But this is not accurate)

sponsored demo build. it's about quality not quantity. listen to the doors play at 3:00. ear piecing loudness. Alphard had very good marketing but good marketing is not a substitute for decades of R&D. THey are trying to make SQ components too now but the truth is all their stuff is just...

Need 3 way or 2 way components asap

hell yea!! what years? People don't know about old germans. I also like to do car stuff. Nothing major but I buy tools as I go and try to do my own maintenance, got a 30gal compressor this fall, planning to do some bodywork and paint my hoopdie, maybe bring it to kinda somewhat showcar status...

Need a Good box blueprint website!

What's wrong with JBL speakershop? I designed my box with that and it seemed pretty straight forward. Enter sub parameters, play around with dimensions to get desired tuning, cut the pieces, bang bang. I'm pretty sure there are some tricks though.

Gary!! Whats up?? I am planning to switch to 3 way soon too. Remember I had 4 8fe200 in the door panels? Well, I decided to change it up. I'm leaving 1 in each door as midbass, but this time it's going in the factory spot because rattling...and I am adding these little 3fe22 mids along with P...

Is there some kind of basic guideline for watts to amperage?

Say word 2400 with a corolla alt. I have a corolla with a corolla alt. Good to know it can handle that much.

Is there some kind of basic guideline for watts to amperage?

amperes*voltage=max wattage 2500watts/14.4v=173.6A but yea, what the man below me said. you can run a lot more than 2500watts on 173A
