Ended up getting a JL audio tw3 10 in power wedge box on JL JD 500/1. Just enough bass to blend in with my factory system

If I get a 5 channel amplifier like the JL audio XD 700/5v2 am I able to amplify my front stage stock speakers which are the 6.5" and tweeters?
