Said amp puts out 950 watts rms at 4 ohms, so if I did buy it, it could power my 400 watt each, dual 12 sub box. I don't think it would be safe to run 2 ohms on a 8 or 4 ohm amp.

Sorry. They're to help distinguish which wires are positive or negative, but if you follow the wire, you should find out where it is.

It was for if i ever wanted to buy a dayton sa1000 and hook up my dvc 4ohm subs. Now would I ever buy it, I don't know. And if I did, it wouldn't be for 10+ years, simply because I would need a house.

Right now they are all the way to the left. I just have to set gain. The hpf isnt supposed to be all the way to the right?

I can't figure out how to set the crossover on the amp.

I just thought about it and it worried me, but I probably won't hit peaks above ~500 watts. Yeah, I just looked somewhere and they said 800watts = 80 amps roughly (my alt is about 80). Thanks.

I have the sa sfb 1000 and everything is stock in my 2007 honda fit. I'm wondering if I need to worried about my amp not receiving enough power from the vehicle when the amp is pushing 800 watts. Or if my car's electrical system would be ruined by running the amp at 800 watts.

Today I found the ignition power for the radio. I tested it by cutting it and trying to power on radio, so it was it. I also verified it by hooking it up to my amp, so when I turned the key, it powered on.

Sa sfb 1000. Maybe I read the amp wrong, but the top one said input and bottom one said output.

Will this work? Also would I need a 1 amp fuse?
