hello..im an idiot.What is the difference between a cd player for my car and a cd reciever?I would like to replace the in-dash tape player i have in my car with 1 that plays cds and i dont know whether to buy a cd player or a cd reciever.Is this 1 here a good deal or is not what im looking for...
