ok, so i just ordered 2 15" FI BL's with cooling flatwind and daily options. now i have a hifonics colossus witch dose 1600x2. is that 2 much power for these subs? they will be in a ported box with 4-4.5 cubes per chamber?

so im bout to start my first real build, but need help choosing rear speakers. i already have a set of hertz hsk 163 3ways for the front doors, and was going to put in a set of hsk 165's for the back doors, but many people have been telling me not to use componet speakers in the rear doors. so...

i wouldent mind running 2 amps if it would be better. price is as low as possable there rated at 125watts, but many people tell me i should run them at 150, so im guessing i would need a amp that dose 150X4 @ 4 ohms or 300x2 @ 2 ohms. correct me if im wrong, im very noob.

any suggestions?

i had a soundstream pca2000d running 2 kicker l7s and a hifonics zues running my comps and coaxials. yea ive had the caps for a while. and after reading about them a little, i was'nt even goning to put them in, but then i said screw it, they look pretty and i paid for them, lol.

oh alright. i have a yellow top under the hood, big 3 done with 1/0 and a 180 alt. in the trunk i have 2 18 farad caps. 1 1 farad cap and a 800a stinger battery

that looks pretty good, has good reviews. but will that handle the 4000 watts max of the sub? like i said, i want this thing as loud as it could be. i don't want to have to regret it and buy another amp down the line. btw i am new to this, so fel free to bash if you wish
