    Well his other concern is that when the subs are inside the cabin of his car there is no rattling, while I guess even after deadening there is still rattling if subs are in the trunk.

    Wow weirdest thing. I still have no idea as to WHY it is causing the problem, but having my JL amp sharing the same remote wire with the memphis is the culprit.     Tried this. Solid 13.5 volts the entire time. Gonna try the 60hz tone on the RCA's.

    Hm can't seem to get a good reading off the RCA's. That should be DC voltage right? Maybe I'm not putting the leads in the right place.
