my buddy jus switched systems from two 12" orion hcca 12.4 to two ,mtx 9500 sries and is given me the oriions and the box hows does that sound.are these good subs or shold i jus stick wit what i got now

i got a 15" cvx and it bangs and my amps only 1/4 of the way up.almost as loud a l7 but not quite. deff go wit the cvx the sq is decent too.
