This is kind of confusing what he said, The 250watt from PE is rated for 272, so i would have thought it would put out 272. It seems like he is saying it wont even put out 250. However if this amp does put out 272 that would be fine and for about 130 i would go for this deal.

So would you say those PE amps rated for 270 or so are probably putting out less?
