Made from 1/4" thick aluminum. 6"x12", with standard 4 hole mounting pattern, brush type finish. Would suggest a good clear coat on it for protection of finish. $45 shipped and insured in the U.S.

Got the programming done last night for it. Here is a rendering of what it would look like Need to go back to bed now.

And here is one that I did and painted, just to show how it can look And I am actually doing some programming right now as I type. Just have to take a break every now and then.

Sorry guys, still working on the programming for the mill. Some of them take a while to do, to get them to look right, and been busy with other projects in the shop. Will try and get the first one done soon.

Yes they are all 1/4" thick. Can be made down to 3/16", but wouldnt recommend anything thinner IMO.
