American Bass has been one of the easiest brands to get in the US at prices so low it doesn't make sense to be a dealer shipping them from their own inventory. Pick your favorite reseller store and order them.

Great sound depends on good speakers. PA style speakers depend on distortion to get the advertised wide range on the upper end, and by necessity the low end suffers to reach higher dB SPL. More distortion inherent to the speakers is not compatible with sound quality.

There are plenty of 3-way systems with a woofer larger than 6.5". The woofer diameter is not the only way to get low frequency useful response from a door, but it's a little easier with more cone surface area.

What's absent from the equipment list is a solution to interface properly with the Revel factory electronics. Without that there is no possible way we can correctly diagnose the root cause of the annoying sound. It does indicate a frequency response imbalance, which can come from multiple places...

Side note re: installing aftermarket tweeters in place of factory tweeters: You're safer selecting a 3/4" or 19-20 mm tweeter as the external dimensions tend to be quite compact. Unfortunately this does not benefit sound quality if that tweeter needs to be paired with a 6.5" woofer.

In the modeling design phase power handling is estimated out of experience. How did you get this far without that?

Something is wrong. Kick drum is not normally a stressor for a subwoofer. Check with a variety of music as sometimes the kick bass is artificially augmented.

They're just entry level bass amplifiers. Pick the one with a better remote knob. If they're equivalent choose the one you think is more attractive. Given the brand reputations your risk of disappointment is minimized.

Your coaxials are not intended to handle all of the bass. Changing the amplifier is not the answer.

Subwoofers in doors is not a great idea as you will not stop all the rattles. Some people place a single subwoofer up front in a properly designed enclosure, but the doors or kick panels have midbass woofers. If you're already determined to build the interior to suit this is better. Pick one of...
