I couldn't help it.. First time cutting out with Jasper Guide and a router.. AMAZING!!!

I thought about it.. That means extra 3/4 to the f'ed up side and another 3/4 to the good side.. That way I'd still have a double baffle.. That's an extra 1.5in to the box plus the added weight. CRAP!

I have cut the holes out too close to each other today.. 6in will not fit this box anymore.. I can't do 5in bc I can't find any pipe that size.. How about two 4in? 6inches in the box and the rest external? Not sure why these are sideways...

Why do you recommend the 6in port? Length? Any other options?

The Hellion requires 3.00-3.50ft^3 @ 28-33hz w/15.25^2 of port per cube. I've got 3.76cu ft with a 6in aero with 28.26in total. That's 7.52 per cube. Will that be ok since it's an aero?

I see 3 recommendations for the SA15. How does this driver sound/perform? Would this be more of a loud shake the bolts off my car/cone flapping noise or is there good sound output too?
