[QUOTE="soundsolutions, post: 4315735, member: 543460"] update... Well going into this build we knew that there where two huge main concerns with the "prep" work. 1. Make that roof solid 2. Get rid of all the rattles that have plagued that poor blazer (GM's poor design) So, after 4 layers deep on the roof I feel confident that we solved that problem but the squeaks and rattles where a whole new issue now that we got to put the truck back together. Since we didn't get to the doors yet deadener wise (ran out) I thought i'd run down to the fabric store and pick up all new fasteners for the doors since those cause alot of the squeaks. Added all new fasteners to the doors, carefully assemblied the rest of the truck back to it's original self and isolated only two rattles left which I feel confident we can fix tomorrow with some double sided sticky tape. Here's a few pics of the truck back together...then it's on to the box and the rest of the system...anyways, here's a few pics.
