I let my battery die completely then let it stay outside in the 30 below weather and freeze. I thawed the battery then charged it and have used it for 2 years since. There is something to be said about interstate batteries.

I currently have some old as dirt MTX 8000 10" subs. They still work great but just wondering if there are any other options out there that are relatively cheap and still are on the SQL side of the board? I've thought about getting a new pair, just to update but want them to sound decent.

Fits: two 10", or 12" round subs (shallows only!) I wouldn't really consider my subs shallows at 5" deep, most under seat boxes for these trucks say 4 1/2" depth or less.

Hmm, well I am guessing that I can send the cap back, but the price difference will be extreme. Why won't a power cap help? What exactly does they do? Should I keep the power cap and get an HO alternator, or just sell the power cap and buy an alt? Certain places to look for HO alts for a diesel?
