I have a single SS Rl-i8D4 that is essentially brand new. It's been used free air for maybe one hour total. Haven't had time to make an enclosure.... I have roughly ~800-900WRMS @ 1ohm, ~350-400WRms @ 2ohm to work with. My current plan is the single RL @ 2ohms, ported and tuned to around ~30Hz...

Eh...I'd just either build something completely new or buy something new. I don't think you'd be satisfied with just replacing tweeters/mids. What's your budget? What equipment do you have running them?

$90 Shipped?? I think the I used some of the little foam insulation thingy that goes under the gasket to help seal the enclosure up but you can buy some if it's needed..
