i just got this HU and it is awesome BUT it has so many diffrent settings for highs mids and subs. if any one has this HU please tell me what you did. im running a mb quart 480.4 and a pg 600.1 I need help setting up the mb quart also pm me and for everyone that helped me on my lat thread...

my HU only has one pair of rca out puts marked sub/w. is my headunit the problem???

i really need a diagram to show how to run the rcas from a 1 output headunit(sub out) and im running a rca wire from the HU to the equilizer which im running 3 sets of rcs (2 for my front and rear speakers) and (1 for my subwoofer) going to 2 seperate amplifiers. thats where im lost???( speaker...

i would try a battery first, as long as your alternator can support keeping 2 batteries charged. a shrukin battery off sonic elec. can be had for around 100 coins. im doing both i think all together with hi output alternator and battery im looking at about $300

Both. i am about to go try to see if the subwoofers/subwoofer amp work. It does put out a humming noise and im COMPLETLY LOST IN HOW TO SET UP MY AMP with the gains and HP and HF filters ahhhh Ill try to take a picture

Ok i have finally finished wiring up my stereo. i go to turn it on and just a faint humming noise and when i pull the rca jacks out of the amp a few of the make noise but no music. I have a set of rcas going from my subwoofer out put to the input on the equilizer. then i have the rcas running...

so should i upgrade my starter battery and add another battery in the trunk as well? would my alternator be ok? im not trying to do comps or anything just street driven. not really going over 1500rms watts with my 2 amps(may upgrade a little in the future just dont want to sink a boat load of...
