ca glue. custom subs

Hey, what's the best CA glue and activator? Does anyone have any links to good deals? Does it dry out or expire after you open the bottle and use some? If not, I'm looking to buy a large quantity. I need to glue a dust-cap on a sub right now, and plan to build some in the future. Thanks!
