I need some help.. I spent the entirely of this weekend removing my amp and 2 12s from my old vehicle and installing it in my 05 chevy tahoe. I got all wires ran and everything hooked up, and they are not hitting like they should be. The power light is on on the amp and I can tell the subs are back there but they are not hitting like they used to. The bass knob has no affect at all on the bass. It seems to make no difference weather or not it's plugged in. Has anyone had similar issues when doing an install on a tahoe around the same year?

Double check connections, sometimes there’s a switch for the bass remote. Maybe the gain got bumped? Fuse? Inadequate ground?
Bobbytwonames has a good point too. Check hu settings.

I would add two more of the same subs and look at selling the 2k to go towards the funds of a decent 5-8k mono amplifier and new enclosure

No need to bypass the amp. Most use an LOC that takes the full amped signal and turns it into a flat RCA level signal. Here is the newest I have...
