The lights run through the double baffle and come out at each window location. The glass on the wall will light the port. Ill get it sealed up tomorrow and start working on the recessed angled sub rings.

lol, believe me i'm not rich. but I have this addiction I can not seem to curve. I will start tomorrow on my build page to show you all what I am doing and what I have already and what is on it's way. should be a fun but pain in the butt build.

yes it looks awesome, you will be able to look down the port and see it. since my jeep is blue and black bed liner I am going to paint the box to match with black bed liner and blue metallic paint.

The kerf ribs hold the contour really well. They make a tighter seal and give me a way to pull the kerf slits down to the bottom and top. Still way more detail coming to this build.

Almost done the floor and sub rings will complete the enclosure. You'll notice I covered the inside kerf with a mdf skin for a mre polished look.
