so i got 2 cvr's in a kicker box with an aero port (circular port) on the side or whatever....so i took the subs out and it is basically stuffed with like cotton or whatever....should i leave that in or should i take it out because it seems like it sorta defies the purpose of the port???...jsut a little lost lol

Kicker designed the box to be use with it and removing it will change the affect of the box to the subs. The packing makes the box act bigger to the subs. It also has a way to finding itself into the coils and craping things up. I used chicken wire to keep it away from the coil vents.

While that program is pretty neat, it assumes you know the values. I was just recapping the numbers you provided. RS recommends the following...
