I was almost finished with my last build, just a few trim panels and a little carpet when my temp trunk lid amp rack self destructed and damaged my 10" TC-7's

I've sent the subs out for a re-cone but in the mean time I picked up a pair of 10" RE SE's

The new subs will be in 2.5 ft^3 tuned to 30hz. Subs forward 4" Aeroport towards the drivers side. I will keep the false floor, move the yellow top and Knu distro's to the right side of the trunk. H701 and Sirius tuner will be hidden in the spare tire well. I'm not sure if I will be going with the center channel or not, right now it's not in the plans but I will keep the speakers in place for possible future use.

A couple of pics of yesterday's progress.

I finally got back to working on it. Almost there //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/cool.gif.3bcaf8f141236c00f8044d07150e34f7.gif

Box is complete, I just need to wire and mount the subs. Battery box/distros are almost done just need to put it in the car and carpet the cover piece. After that it's just a couple of trim pieces and it's done.

Box build pics.

I work off exit 16 so I might have to stop in and check it out before work.

I wish I had the cash for the DD but I have to pay for my golf membership right now.

The whole thing is operational I just need to make a couple trim pannels for the trunk and it's done.

Once this is finnished I'm going to work on the glove box for the C701 and Ipod and then I think I'm going to move the tweeters from my front comp set out of the door up to the a-pillar.
