4 18s in a wall, 94 astro

Have you tested this before? I have my power fused and its only a short run in the trunk... Seems stupid having it fused now that I think about it.
Looks nice and thanks for small pics. Still using dial up here.
i beat my system daily, i mean smash it full tilt. and my amp barely gets warm. it would get hot before when i had it fused because it was pulling and getting a portion of the current draw it needed.( my theory at least)

It does make alot of sense. I will take the fuse out when I get more wire. I really dont see anyway of it shorting anyway. I'm confident in my wiring ability.

Thanks

so far this van has done a 153.9 on one amp at .25 ohmsand done a 155.2 legal with 2 amps and the 2nd amp was smoking and at 25% power

and did a 156.3 outlaw and the 2nd amp popped.

43hz is the sweetspot so far. i cant wait to get one of my repaired goliaths back from ampjunkielikeme. then i will test and test and find out what the van can do.
so you only do a 53 if you had fuses installed //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif Mines a daily driver so fuses are a must. A minor fender bender could shift **** around, so better safe then sorry. But a 160 legal would be nice going by your logic //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

thats where full coverage and 10000$ stereo coverage with a 500 deductable comes in...
makes a LOT more sense then a $5 fuse keeping you from burning the car to the ground //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif

this...

when you get caught in the massive fire which ensues your whole van, dont come here looking for sympathy

if my van ever burned to the ground i would buy a new one with even a bigger system and run that one with no fuses as well...

since you are one of the main nuthuggers on this website you should investigate that tendancy you have and try to learn something. ask any of the big boys what kinda fuses they run and see what they say...

i think you are the one that needs to learn something. I have a daily setup in my vehicle, WITH fuses. When i get to the competition, i pull the fuses out and have a copper bar to join the 0 gauge together.

Im not going to risk running no fuses every day, when im driving to school and work

So not running fuses makes you a "big boy" //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif Makes you a dumbass if it's a street driven vehicle. And it's not loud even without fuses, but it does smash //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

Perhaps when the van burns down you'd be trapped inside, but we never get lucky like that on CA //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

For your infomation, a 94 and earlier are generally louder (legal wise).//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif

Very nice build, brings back memories.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif
