i now own 6 12s two triple x and two mtx terminators and 2 boss phantoms i was wondering if i should sell those and try to get a couple 15s i am not sure wich subs would be best to go with

Sell and get 15's for sure, running mismatched subs is always a bad idea.

Get rid of all them mixed chit 12s and go for the 15s for sure. as noted we need to evaluate what kind of power you have in order to suggest some nice 15s
