I'm not sure if it's a MK I or MK II but yes it is XBL^2

it looks like a mkI.....the mkII had a rounded top and bottom plates like this

still a awesome sub good luck with your sale

It doesn't look like ether the MK I or MK II because of the shape of the top plate is the standard shape but it is the same in every other aspect.
