Great shape, a few very minor scratches n top, but that does not matter since you won;t see the top of it once you install it. It is an in-dash SPL/voltage readout and an AudioControl Epicenter with the Frequency and Width knobs along with the bass knob for easy adjustments. Go to DIYMA some people there are willing to remote tune it for you for a small fee. Usually around 30-50 dollars.
