I just installed 2 pairs of the audiobahn aw65q's in my sentra and for some reason there is NO bass at all coming from them. The tweeters work great, but the cone is not moving at all. Can anyone please help me out, I mean did i hook something up wrong or what? thank you

not enough info. do you have them amped? if so is the xover set wrong on it? if its wired to the headunit, is the bass all the way down? they could be wired out of phase too.

Its just spliced into the stock wiring, using the power of the head unit. and what does wired out of phase mean sorry im new to all of this.

Bass is turned all the way up. they scream loud and i can hear every lil sound effect. they come out nice over the bass of my subs but it seems as though the speaker itself isnt working, just the tweets

Your HU is probably not putting out enough power to make the lowend noticeable. And you may have something wired incorrectly.

Regardless, you should get an amp for them either way.

It doesnt matter which prong i have connect right i mean its all one piece, but theres 4 prongs. I know i have the + and - correct. Also would an orion 435 xp be too much for 4 aw65q's?

phase means basically that all the positives and negs are properly wired to the speakers. this is very important.

so to clear this up, the cone should be moving rite? i mean my 6x9's always would pound no matter the polarity. i have never owned 6.5's though. like i said the tweeters sound perfect. im 90% sure the phase is on though
