Best 3.5 inch speaker options

Got a2014 ram 2500 mega has 3.5 inch dash speakers whts the best option for that space , has anyone got any experience fitting a 4inch in that space if so what moding is needed, going with componets in the door should I go just midrange or should I go coax in the dash any info and opinions are greatly appreciated
