Best buy question

i bought a radio back in march and i got the 4 year extended warranty on it and the other day the radio just messed up.. do they give you a hard time on the returns or what? i have the original box and all i just lost all the plastic stuff that goes around it... oh and also do you have to go to the same store that you bought the stuff or can you go to any bestbuy?

no bro you dont, if u have the reciept and service plan still you can take it to any store, You can swap out headunits or you can also turn in and upgrade. Its not hard at all.
