Best sub i can get for 200

Whats the best sub out there for 200 with rms around 1200. Is anything better then the AB XFL 12 at its pricepoint?

Best is subjective, but if power handling is the main perogative, the xfl is pretty hard to beat. The 3" coil gives it an advantage over the usual 2.5" suspects. And its just more well built than an hds300

A few 2.5 to consider are fu750, cab ultra, twisted sounds ts1000. I think 2 of 3 are over budget

The most i could spend on sub would be around 250. Still gotta get a high output alternator battery big 3 amp, box and maybe a litttle bit of sound deadner. But my budget for the whole system is 1100. I have 2 punch p2 10's at 300 watts a piece and lights dim when bass hits so an alternator is a must.

You dont need an alt for 1200w. Big 3 plus a good battery is fine.

Yup. Buying a HO alt guarantee your lights will still dim.

Bib 3 is a must before adding stuff....and I strongly recommend it.

Ported in an 03 camry. I went on AB' website but couldbt find recomended box size and tuning for the xfl.

Some companies don't list their sub enclosure recommendations.

There's a few people on here that can help ya with that.

The XFLs are a great choice. They love to live in a huge enclosure around 4cu ft. They can play the lows with authority and are pretty loud.

Ok ive simered it dow to the skar evl 12 and the ab vfl 12. Going to do a lil bit more research on there two.
