Cliff Designs 4800.1 XL Any Good??

I got a offer for one of these and wonderin if they are any good? Need some input on power ratings and if it will be ok to run UNDER 0.5 ohm??? Any input welcome! Thanks

Also its either this OR a Sundown 4500D what would be a better option? Sundown will run a bit more $$$$$

I'd take the cliff designs personally. Some people were saying when they were clamping them at .5 ohm they were getting around 5200 at 13 v. Seems like a solid buy especially if its going to be cheaper than the sundown.

The Sundown 4500 is one of the lowest failure rates of all the big amps out there.... Just saying. The CD will probably make rated power, but if I were to make bets on which one would be alive a year from now, it's a different story.... Then again, if you can get the cliff for a lot less money it may be worth a shot.

Yea man the sundown is a GREAT amp hands down but being on a budget b l o w s and I'm sure ill save some cash up to pick up a NS1 sooner or later. Thanks for the input guys.

Yea RAM those gut shots are beautiful and its a super sleek design.
