competition worthy???

150 on music would be sweet but can it be done? I listen to mostly music i wont be competing so no burps. I really just want it to be way louder that my 15" l7.

See that wasn't do hard now was it. Before port and displacement you have 7.68-9.76 ft ^3 to work with, which leave you a lot of options. Not sure what you want to tune to, but you could do (2) 18's, maybe (4) 12's? I am no expert on hitting 150's daily so I will let someone else look at that.

Amps can be determined by which subs you are running and your budget.

what do you think for an amp? and yeah on music if its not possible then fine I just want it to be loud. I know that that sounds dumb but its what I want.
on music its a little harder and usually means costs a little more and a little more work. its very possible with a single 18. first thing is first, your going to need some good power back there to make it happen

2 18s wont work in that kind of space. even if he had 10 cubes before displacement, IMO thats not enough room for 2 18s. OP i would look at 2 15s even, or a couple 12s with some good power and it can be done

Ya that may be enough for a couple 15's but it will be tight...

Thanks guys , sorry for the earlier post I was just very frustrated. Now I cant seem to find too many specs or prices on those atomic 18's. anyone have some input on them??? from what I have read they seem pretty beastly.

I'm not sure what it takes to do 150 on music, but I think you are going to need more than a h/o alt. Probably multiple batts and multiple runs of wire. I would think at least one good battery up front and two in the back, plus your alt, and 50-60ft of wire just for the electrical alone.
