Door panel removal on a Ford Ranger?

So my friend should be here anytime soon, and I was wondering if anyone on here could help me out and tell me how to remove the rear door panels on a Ford Ranger.

Should be pretty simple. Only 3 screws and you have take the window crank off (if its not power)
