Dynaudio MD100 vs MD102

How do these two compare in the off axis listening department?

Has any improvement been made with regards to the "spittyness" of the MD100?

Which tweeter sounds more transparent?

I'd appreciate those that have acutally used the two to respond with their comments, thanks.

I haven't used any, but I've listened to a few of the 102's and have 100's in my car now. One thing that they have changed in the update to the 102 is the area of dispersion. I haven't heard them in my install, so I can't say exactly the changes made, but I've always liked them, and had excellent results.

iv have both, installed in the same spot with the same power and adjustments. and they sounded pretty much the same.

What would be the best location to install MD102?Kick panel near midbass(Midbass in door), On dash cross firing or A-pillar firing at each other?

kick panel is out! What would be better option out of two:-

!) A-pillar mount-firing at each other.

2)mounted on dash-cross firing to opp head rest.

Why not try both? It's not like you have to build anything special to test them in these locations. They're tweeters, so they're self enclosed, use some double sided tape to test it out.
