FI Btl 15vs ???

I have a 02 grand am going 2 do 1 fi btl 15 with about 2000rms off power runing 2 it is there any other sub that could compare to the fi btl 15 and im going for spl thanks

plenty subs compare to the btl: dc lvl5, xcon, cascade omega, rd hw, etc.. doesn't the grand am have that retarded trunk opening that makes it hard to get stuff in/out of it? if so you'll have a hard time getting a proper sized 15 ported box in there

yes it does but i put the box threw my back seats and take out the seats so there is no problem

is that 2k total or per sub? alum coil HDC will take a LOT of power and get loud for less $$$...

off 2k.... I'd say go for an hcca 15. It actually does better than a btl on the TL and has more cone area, excursion and sounds louder/ pushes a lot more air. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif plussss the old bversions are only like 300.

or go for two BL 12's. You'll hit upper 40's with those which you would need almost 5k to do that with a btl.

MT= lame and basically same as btl (as we all should know lol)

HW, TSNS etc. need too much power to actually get volume. DD subs are sweet though as well.

I say hdc3 or nightshade out of the bunch. HCCA still has the best score off 2k in my car at least. HDC3 comes in a close second.
