Item(s) for Sale:

Alpine CDA-9887 & ipod cable

Item(s) Description/Condition:

This is in great shape with minor wear from normal use. No detectable button fading and no scratches. Comes with all accessories including the cage, trim ring, face case, remote, wire harness, manual, and keys. Also includes the ipod cable. I have the original box someplace but got tired of tearing apart the attic so I'll send it in a CDA-7839 box. I have owned this deck since it was brand new and it has served me very well for 6 years. I sold the truck it was in and my new truck has steering wheel controls and blue tooth among other things so I'm just going to use an LC6i and install my system behind the stock head unit. If you are looking for a head unit to do an active front stage, this is your baby. Burr Brown 24 bit D/A converters and all signal processing (paramentric and graphic EQ's, crossovers, etc) built in along with digital time correction.

Price:

$200 + actual shipping

Shipping and Miscellaneous Item Information:

Buyer pays actual shipping costs.

The only trade I am interested in is a pair of good SQ 10" subs with under 5" mounting depth like the Sundown Audio SD-2 104 or the Dayton RSS265HO-4.

Still here. Trades I'm interested would be an Audio Control LC6i or any other higher end (at least) 6 channel line output converter with a line driver built in, subs with less than 5" mounting depth such as MB Quart RLP304, Alpine SWR-T12, SI BM MKIII, Polk Audio MM1040

Isn't the PXE-H650/660 intended for non-Imprint ready headunits though?With the 9887 - couldn't you just use the PXA-H100?

No the PXE-H660 is an OEM integration unit with imprint with 7 channels of output w/ active capabilities. It does have RCA inputs on it so you could run an aftermarket HU to it if you wanted. I just saw that the trades he was looking for were for OEM integration units.

I have an Alpine PXE-H660 if you're interested.
I appreciate the offer but I was able to track down an LC6i. I know the Alpine piece is much nicer but the LC6i is going to do exactly what I need it to.

I have pretty much all of my system now except the subs so the only trade I am interested in is a pair of good SQ 10" subs with under 5" mounting depth like the Sundown Audio SD-2 104 or the Dayton RSS265HO-4.

I'm hoping to find someone who might be able to repair this head unit. The faceplate doesn't slide out at all.

The cutting it off part is what I'm confused about now. The speakers in my car have two wires coming off of them but I would only have one wire on...
