termlab is NOT usb, it is 120v. it is the generation just before the USB powered one came out.

other then the fact you need a plug in for this one, it's not powered by the usb cord as the new ones, not a whole hella lot.

difference in reading?not a whole helluva lot, if any, compared to the early usb version. i don't know about any of the newest versions. seems as though this one is real close to others i've messed with.
