What does your alt look like from the front? Are the "ears" on the sides or toward the bottom like this one? I can measure center from ear to ear if that would help.

Can you go out to your truck and look????

Yeah my alt. Mounts on the bottom side...
OK, now the plug on this alt is a 4 pin plug originally for the blazer/S10. Some fullsize trucks will have a 4 pin plug, but most with be a 2 pin plug like mine was. For that reason I took it to an alt shop and had them install the "1 wire hook up" to run as a main or 2nd alt on a system. Now when doing this it may or may not turn on you batt charger light on your dash. It did on my silverado when I ran it as the main, but it did not in my friends ford when he did (with a custom bracket) for 1 show.

I'm also looking for a motor I can recone if you have one to trade off. Pending the motor it would be + cash. Just let me know whatcha got. Also, $250 shipped!!!!!!

Yeah my truck is a 4 pin square plug....been out of town all day sorry for the late response...
Sounds good then. Let me know, and I'll cut you a deal that'll save you a few buck if you still want it. I'm ready to get rid of it already. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif
