Ok, so I'm new to installing speakers, and my car doesn't help any. So just wondering if you can help me in installing some things. I already have a head unit, and Rear Deck speakers(but they **** and so I'm replacing them). Kenwood KDC-BT742U

Here are some of the products I'm looking into:

Amp: Amazon.com: Pyle PLA2210 1800W 2-Channel Chopper Amplifiers: Electronics

Sub's: Amazon.com: Pyramid BNPS102 10-Inch 1000-Watt Dual Bandpass System with Neon Accent Lighting: Car Electronics

Capacitor: Amazon.com: Pyramid CAP160DBL 1.6-Farad High-Performance Digital Power Capacitor: Automotive

Hookup Kit: Amazon.com: PYLE PLAM40 20 Feet 4 Gauge 1600 Watt Amplifier Hookup For Battery Head Unit and Speakers Installation Kit: Electronics

Rear Deck: Kenwood KFC-6983PS 6"x9" 4-way car speakers at Crutchfield.com

Front Door: Sony XS-GT1326A 5-1/4" 2-way car speakers at Crutchfield.com

Any other suggestions, just reply with it.

first off, you posted the link for the amp twice. Second off, pyle isn't exactly a recommended company to go with for amps. Third, if you're trying to run 1800w rms, you're going to need to upgrade your electrical (assuming you still have everything stock). By the sounds of it, you're on a bit of a budget.. I wouldn't run that much power with the amount of money you're willing to spend. If you're wanting loud but still reasonable, try pushing ~800w.. your electrical should be able to keep up with that fine. And fourth, don't buy a capacitor. They are almost pointless.

So what are you looking for, pure beefy loudness, sound quality, or a little bit of both?

Oops, lol. I thought I posted right links guess not lemme edit! And I think I want a little both, I only have like 2 albums of rap and the rest is ranging from Rock to Pop-type-of-sound and punk rock, so I still want bass that'll shake you up, haha. But let me remind you I want to keep it in a reasonable price range because I'm 16. You should be able to help me out a bit more for the amp now because I actually have the sub's up.

About the capacitor read this: http://ezinearticles.com/?Car-Audio-Capacitors---Why-You-Cant-Do-Without-Them&id=74789

And I've noticed Sony is rather affordable, and going by their home audio they are reliable. So could I go with a Sony Xplod set-up for a good price?

I wouldn't personally go with sony for anything. You said you already have the subs? Well.. now what is your price range for an amp?

When i said I actually have the sub's up I meant the link. Also, you never answered about the capacitor. Any amplifier above $129 is too much, even then that's a bit too much. Didn't you look at my Lanzar setup? I added a lot more links.

Honestly, save up for a better system. 2nd you don't need a capacitor they are just a bandaid or patch and do more harm than good if you are on stock electrical with an old alternator that puts out low amps. Do the big 3 if you are running over 1000wrms (really depends on how many amps your alternator has) and extra battery or batteries always help.

You can do way better if you just save up a tad more and at least get a 12" alpine type r and a decent amp to go with it. Alpine type r's are cheap now.

from one olds 88 guy to another...

Start from scratch. Everthing you listed is junk.

Get one pair of components for the front..

One decent sub..

One decent sub amp and a small 2 channel to run the scomps.

@edzy: thanks for the info. How do you know it's all junk at least for the reason I wont them. But I am looking at DC Audio, Also how do I wire the amp up? I think I'll let the component speaker's run from the head unit amp. But I haven't decided on the component speakers I want yet.

That would be a function of the harness, not the HU, I think. Have you looked into a Maestro or iData interface? i would check with crutchfield...
