I am wanting a 1200-2000 watt amp my current needs are around 1200-1500 but would rather have overhead for future plans. The sub I am running now is a power hx2 dual 2ohm so want to run at 1 ohm i have about 300 to spend. I have been looking at the crescendo symphony 1500, ppi bk 1800 although I don't know if they are still available, Q1-1200, or used saz/scv 1500. I haven't found much negative reviews of any of them but personal experience with them would be much appriciated

I saw your add but when I looked it up it said 1000 @1ohm and drop 14.4 1800 @1 ohm do you think a 180 amp alt h/o for my civic and big 3 would be enough electrical for this amp

The amp is actually 1200 rms at 1 ohm at 12 volts. At 14.4 @ .5 ohms it will do around 1800. They've been clamped there before

Yeah, put the probes on the power wire and ground wire of the amplifier. Multimeter on DC. Do not put it on the wires that go to your speakers. M

That is correct. I like these as they are twisted pair and the RCA ends are thick and grip quite nicely...
